Fabio has been working as Lean Lab consultant at Meocon for several years. He came up with the inital idea of q_alizer™ aiming to make Lean Lab more efficient.

With a strong background in Operational Excellence and over 30 years of experience in the life science industry, Fabio Oro is the visionary behind q_alizer. As Lean Lab consultant at Meocon, he identified the need for more efficient lab operations and initiated the development of q_alizer — transforming complex spreadsheet-based analyses into a scalable digital solution. Today, as Co-Founder and Chairman, he continues to shape the strategic direction of q_alizer, bringing his deep expertise in change management and transformation to every cockpit we build.
